Jose De Camargo is a former Mason. In Brazil Masons constructs the entire house, made of bricks. Now he is specialized in the operations to construct with pavers or concrete,  which includes: excavation, demolition, gradding.  

Simoni Baltazar is a Agricultural Engineer with several years of experience on Small Business Managment. Also has in her curriculum horticulture, soil managment and studies of Agroecology.
